General

We mainly service south Florida. On occasions, we have provided non local trips and even out of state trips just as long as the starting point is near our home base.

We provide services 24/7 365 days a year including all major holidays.

It will depend on the kind of trip. For all non hourly trips, there will be a 15% STC charge which covers tolls, vehicle permits, fuel, and insurance fees only. Look to pay anywhere between $50-$400 for all point-to-point trips, which are calculate by the vehicle’s per mile rate. 

Tips are not included. The industry standard is 20% of the total rate. 

Yes, all of our vehicles have the ability to install a car/booster seat. If you require carseats, we are able to provide them for a small fee. Some of our vehicles are better equipped to handle the needs of certain handicapped or elderly people, just call us to find out more details.

Yes, but there will be a small service fee included in the price.

Yes, all of our drivers go through yearly background checks per state law.

Go to our 24/7 reservation page and follow the steps or call us during office hours for immediate assistance.

Yes, please inform us immediately. Hourly trips have a 50% non-refundable deposit and additional fees if cancelled with less than 24 hour notice. For all other trips, cancellation fees will apply according to vehicle type, unless cancelled with more than 24 hour notice. 

Yes, please inform us at least 4 hours prior to your trip.

It is up to you how you want to pay, but for all reservations we will require a credit card to be on file. Forms of payment include: cash, all major credit cards, Zelle, CashApp, and Venmo. 

We will be monitoring flights and cruises so your ride will be on time. Remember that wait times do not start until your flight/ship arrives.

For domestic and international flights, you are allowed up to 1hr and 1hr/30min, respectively. For cruises, you are allowed 30min. For all other trips you are allowed 15min. Waiting times will be charged for every 15min at the vehicle’s hourly rate.

On board

For hourly trips, yes. All other trips will be charged $30 per additional stop made along the way including wait time. 

Yes.

All of our vehicles have Bluetooth so you will be able to play your own music. Some of our vehicles have TVs.

Yes, all of our vehicles have USB outlets.

We politely ask that you refrain from eating food inside our clean vehicles. Smoking is absolutely not allowed. Any one in violation will be charged a $150 cleaning fee.
